We hope you have enjoyed your time with us in picking out your new, beautiful plant material.
To keep the plants healthy, we would like to remind you to WATER, WATER, WATER!!

To water effectively and properly, make sure you use a hose end impulse sprinkler 3-4 times a week, for 2 hours each time.

By using an impulse sprinkler you simulate a nice heavy rainfall, which allows the entire root ball of the plant to absorb the water and nutrients it needs. When the entire root ball gets the proper nourishments, it will have healthy deep roots.

REMEMBER: If your plant’s leaves are browning, or it’s leaves are crunchy like the sound of potato chips then YOU ARE UNDERWATERING!

THINGS NOT TO DO!

-Do not “hand water” any shrubs or trees with a watering can, or bucket.
-Do not use any soaker hoses of any type, including gator bags. They only allow specific roots to drink while the rest of the plant is malnourished.
-Do not leave the hose on at the trunk of your tree or shrub. This will create a run off and the root system will not absorb any water at all.
